Husqvarna Z248F (967336701) deck belt issues

I've been working on this mower for a buddy and got the steering arms worked out I discussed in an earlier post. When he brought it over the belt was broken and one of the pulleys had lost the bearing. The faulty pulley is on the tension arm. I ordered a new belt and a new pulley. Husqvarna said the belt should be 135.5 inches long. Both replacement parts are aftermarket parts. I compared the new pulled and the old pulley and they matched. I went to install the belt based on the diagram and it is too short by a few inches. I thought maybe I received the wrong belt. I went ahead and bought a second one based on the part number from Husqvarna(539109243) and it is the same length and too short as well. I am sure that I have done something wrong but I cannot figure out what and I am the issue and not the belts. I would appreciate any help or guidance. Thank you in advance. I'm attaching some pics. Also, I do not have the spring on the tensioner.

Also, the tension arm had apparently never been greased and it was seized. I used some heat and wax and got it separated, cleaned it up, greased, and reinstalled and it moves freely. Maybe in installed it incorrectly but I do not see any other way it could go back on.

I’ll give it a shot. I just chatted with husqvarna and provided my model number and serial number and they said the belt I bought was the right one. I don’t see how it can be. I’ll try the one yall are saying is right.
