Go to a repair shop rather than a retail shop and get a choke cable .
Most of them will keep universal ones in a couple of sizes,
Measure the distance from the choke lever to the control plate when furthest away from the dash then the closest to the dash.
take one from the other and that is how much longer the inner need to be
The distance from the dash to the choke lever when furthest away is the total cable length add 1" to 2" to that measurement to give yourself some wriggle room.
I only keep 2 sizes and custom cut cables to fit customers mowers, the overall length really is not critical but the throw is.
