Product- 960430195 00 .........Serial - 02011 6A 005197

Hello LawnWorld ! Long time, no post. The YT46LS has the RapidReplace blade system. I have put up with that for 9 years and now the blade assembly is about shot [the cradle system for the blade for lack of the actual part name] I am not going back with the same parts, I want to change over to the bolt on blade system. I would really be appreciative if someone would tell me what spindles and blades to get. I suppose that I could use the same pulleys? 2016 year, 46" deck. True story- My wife was holding the flashlight while I was writing down the numbers, I was going around the other side of the mower, I stepped on the cats foot, it squalled out, I raised my foot, cat took off and bonked its head on the drawbar that I had added to the mower, so cat is pissed now!

Well I up with a Wisdom tooth showing its butt. Plenty of pain to share.

Use 587819701 Non Geaseable or 587820301 Greaseable spindles. Pulleys are the same so just use yours, may or may not need the spacers depending which bearings are used. Blades would be 594892801 (Hi Lift) or aftermarket of the same size, Five point star and 22-7/8" - 23" length.

BTW the quick change spindles are simply too expensive to repair as the blade mount tends to warped too.

I looked that first number up and the part of that spindle that sits below the deck is longer, to compensate for the blade cradle being absent. Thanks StarTech, headed to the store.

I found out the local Husqvarna store closed so ordered online. Spindles and blades came and are on the mower. I took a very small screwdriver and took the seal off of bearings [one side] and yes there was grease in there so reinstalled the seals, added a few pumps to the zerks and I suppose there are multiple opinions on how much grease to pump in. I did see a youtube video where a Tech took the seals off of one side [the enclosed inside of spindle] of the top and bottom bearing and then pumped full of grease.
The cap nuts and a thick washer and blade bolts and blade washer came with these which is a real plus !
