From what we can see of the tractor,Thank you all for helping with this issue . I found the reason after removing the engine cover, unfortunately there is a hole in the engine block..

So I think this is the end of the story then or does someone engourage still to fix this thing?
It may be more economical to repower it. If the rest of the tractor frame and deck is in good working condition.
What's the model of the engine? model numbers should be stamped above the spark plug.
