The actual bushes at the ends need to be shortened a little to make the roller fit on the ones I use
Originally on a JD LX simply because the left side axel was out of stock and would not be available till after the end of the season.
First try was a pair of HD semi sealed rollers but they lasted 1/2 a season
Then did a full length solid LG2 bush because I had a length of LG2 in the right size but that failed as well
Finally went to the rollers which seem to have worked
Sent the axel out to the heat treaters for nitriding just in case the middle was not hardened and that has been in there for 2 seasons no problems.
I might add that the original bushes had worn down so much that the actual hub was running on the axel and the wheels fouling on the mower.
I did not get called in till the wheels fell off .

I had the same problem for several years on my 2015. Caused the bearing on the front tires to fail, requiring me to replace both tires. I finally bought a pair of LH/RH drag link arms for $35 on Amazon to replace the originals. The great thing about these are that I can adjust them for proper alignment.
