Hello, I'm in the process of rehabbing a Husqvarna LC221A AWD mower. When I removed the blade, which I'm 99% sure is original, it had a center star and 2 pin holes. I noticed the blade adapter had 2 pins but no star key for the blade to center on. Based on how smooth the surface is, I don't believe there was ever one there. The blade does fit onto the 2 pins. My question is, do I need the "star" portion? It appears that many of the replacement parts Husqvarna 590044201 Lawn Mower Blade Adapter Genuine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Part #590044201 are not showing the star. Thanks in advance.
