Agreed, 30 to 50. Are you going to use this or resell? To me anything is worth what the person who really wants it will pay. That's really from a seller's perspective.
I offered the seller 20 for this: Edgetrimmer for sale
He thinks it's worth 50. Maybe it is to him. He seems willing to wait to see if there is someone who agrees ;)

If you really want that Echo offer him $40. Looks to rough lookin to be worth $50. I bought a old homelite hedge trimmer couple years ago for $10 that needed work. I rebuilt carb and replaced plug. Run good few times til the gas lines came apart in pieces. Havent had to finish putting gas lines back in it.

No, it looks even worse up close. Runs but very dirty and needs all fuel lines replaced. It isn't very powerful but might be adequate. I'd want a good deal to pull the trigger on that. I don't do a lot of hedges. $20 I would do. $35 for a blade, $20 for a carb kit, filters, and fuel line. That would be a good deal.

The one you were looking at? If thats all it needs sounds like a great deal. I've seen a few deals here you'd like. I like em but I don't have room. Commercial Equipment-fix or parts

I'd give $100 for all that. I plenty room in my 30x30x12 garage. If thats not enough then I'll cut some trees down and build another building. Im on 2.35 acres thats overgrown with oak trees.

I emailed that guy to see if he'd sell just the hedge trimmer. He said he'd let it all go for $75. Tempting but I don't know if I want to mess with it. If it's just carb or other fuel issues and I could fix and sell the other stuff I wouldn't mind. But he lives on the other side of town and I don't think I want to drive that far to find out.

If you decide to go with it for $75 for it all. I'd be interested in 2 backpack blowers if your willing to ship them.

I'll think about it Dave but you'd have to decide if those blowers are worth enough to you to make it worth my time. I live in west Houston, he lives in east houston, and Houston is big. Shipping two backpack blowers won't be cheap. The blowers may be an easy fix but then it could be engine problems. The one on the end looks like somebody has scavenged some parts already. The trimmers look like junk. I'm thinking we both might be better off letting this deal slide.

The blowers be worth it those are Echos. But like you said they both might blown up Echo blowers too. Both might need piston and/or cylinder due to various reasons. If you find better deal like that let me know.
