Husqavarna yth2348 tractor

I have a Husqvarna YTH3248 - 240440 lawn tractor, that blows the 20a. fuse every time I engage the cutting blades. The drive shaft from the engine is turning, but the pulley is not. Drive belt is new and on properly. Any ideas what is making the fuse blow ?

You either have a short in the wiring or a short in the clutch.
Follow the wiring back from the clutch and unplug the clutch.
Start the mower and activate the clutch.
Fuse blows = short in the mowers wiring.
Fuse does not blow = short in the clutch or clutch wire.

Very common for the belt to rub on the wiring abrade through the insulation the Pooof

Thank you ! the mower will run ok, as long as I don't engage the blades
