I have a, i think 2006, Huskee wide cut GT with a 46" deck and the Model # tag is missing. It has a Briggs & Stratton 21 HP motor, Model 407777, Type 0137 E1, Code 991215YG
Can anybody help me to get my Model #

Closest i could come up with is 2004 year, model # 14A1808H731 sold at Tractor supply

Think about it....The engine is a late 1999 model.. The mower should be a 2000 or 2001 model. And it is a garden tractor[GT] and not a lawn tractor [LT] so the model number will start with 14 and will have a H in it for the 46 deck.

Probably likely a 14AJ848H131 or less likely a 14AJ849H131

That's close enough, Thanks!

Still not quite the same one, mine has 14 speed, 7 speeds high and 7 speeds low, so the transmission code # should be a 7 not 4, and I wonder if the Styling # is off as, by the picture of mine, it shows a "Wide Cut GT" and is different from the one when I use the code #8. but when I plug these in on the MTD website I get nothing. Any other ideas?

I have one very much like this one with a Tractor Supply badge and a MTD model #14AJ849H131 on the sticker under the seat. The fenders and cowling look different but all the running gear and chassis look just the same. Since MTD makes for so many other sales outfits I imagine a service manual for an MTD model #14AJ849H131 would tell you most everything you'd want to know, if you could find the manual. That was what I was looking for when I wound up here. If anyone knows where to find one, I'd appreciate you're sharing with me.
