Huskee transmission problem (built 12-2016)

I bought this mower in 2018 brand new. Have had no problems until yesterday. I started it as usual and it was very sluggish moving, forward and reverse. Full throttle and onlly about half speed. Any ideas? It"s the LT4200 model with the 17.5 Briggs and Stratton motor.

Probably time for a new belt, clutch pulleys , clutch springs or any combination of the above .
