HRX217 HXA Lock Lever not engaging Blade Control Cable Arm

Hi,

I am new here. I didn't see a post related to issue I am having. I just replaced the handle bars on my HRX217 HXA. Now that is it all back together I cannot get the Lock lever to engage the blade control cable arm, so blade wont engage. Odd thing, if I remove the bade control cable from the control cable arm it will engage, but once I install the cable it won't engage?!?! Maybe I put something together backwards? hoping someone has had this happen before and knows the fix.

here is diagram. If pictures of my mower will help I will post them

Nevermind. I figured it out. Cable goes on outside of arm. I thought it went inside arm. All's ok now.
