Not sure what you are looking for.
Honda do a snorkel kit but you can only get it from your Honda dealer.

You don't need anything special to use that just buy the filter with the foam and install it. I did not know they came without the foam.

Looks like you would need to change your filter housing and then get the correct filter for it. Our Honda guy is on vacation right now and will be back on 16th. He should be able to give you the part numbers. Her is what it looks like.

I am using the K&N air filters in all my Honda equipment. Runs better and they last forever. Best investment I have ever made.
Same filters for over 10 years. The same filter for the GCV190 and GCV160 also works in the Briggs I have.

You can update any Honda GCV mower engine (HRR, HRX) to the better 2-stage air cleaner and filters used on the Honda HRC215, which uses the commercial-grade GSV160 engine. You need the two filters, the screen grid, and the deeper air filter outer cover. The extra foam element acts like a pre-cleaner and can be easily cleaned and re-oiled:

Parts List:
Cover, air cleaner dual: 17231-Z2B-020, $3.36
Filter, outer (foam): 17218-Z2A-000, $4.08
Grid, air cleaner: 17212-Z2A-000, $1.80
Element, air cleaner paper: 17211-ZL8-023, $5.66

The shop manual says to use regular 10W-30 engine oil on the foam element, but Honda offers a MOTUL oil just for this application. It is more sticky and water-repellent than just engine oil: 4 ounce bottle is part number 08207-MTL-100, $7.56.

All prices are MSRP, and actual selling prices are set by the individual dealer. Google any part number to find a Honda Dealer selling it online, or use this link to find a Honda Dealer in your area:
