HRR2166VXA , got this mower from a friend for free as the cord won't pull. He had a new keyway put it, was mowing and now the cord won't pull at all. I pulled spark plug out, no oil in there. Tilt the mower up and I can turn the blade.
Haven't a clue what else to do, any help please.
