HRR 216 recoil starter part number?

Just bought a Honda mower and it needs a new recoil starter. I googled using the engine number, and the chassis/model numbers--every website I visit shows a different recoil starter part number as being correct.
I have attached pics of all three stickers.
Can anyone tell me the correct part number? (My recoil starter and fan cover are red.)
I'm thinking of calling these guys tomorrow and see if they know.

Walk behind mowers are order by the mower model and not the engine.

In the list of engines, there is nothing that matches what is on the stickers on my mower (see first post).
So what am I to make of that?

Engines on Honda walk behinds are considered part of the mower; therefore, not listed as a separate engine. The spec number will not show anywhere on a standalone engine. Just one of the quarks of Honda mowers. Most other mowers the engines are listed as a separate item but not Honda.
