I have an old HRB423 which works well but has a problem with the self-propelling action. I have investigated and the drive chain appears to be very loose when the mower is fully lowered. When it's fully raised the chain looks tight. I'm guessing some part is missing or broken but can't see anything obvious. Any advice would be most appreciated. I can add photos if that would help, but it's not easy to get a decent photo showing the problem.
