GREETING,

I HAVE REMOVED THE BOLT HOLDING THE TIRE AND TIRE RIM TO AXEL SHAFT, BUT THE WHOLE TIRE AND RIM WILL NOT FREE ITSELF WHEN I PULL ON IT FROM THE LAWN MOWER. EITHER I AM TOO WEAK OR THERE MAY BE A PIN HOLDING IT ON IN THE BACK SIDE OF THE TIRE RIM ITSELF. I NEED TO PUT A TUBE IN THE TIRE AS IT CONSTANTLY GOES FLAT. THANKING YOU IN ADVANCE.

Maybe try some liquid wrench or some other kind of penetrating oil. Apply the penetrating oil where axle and rim hub meet. There isn't any clips only the bolt, Rust is holding it. Reapply the penetrating oil like once an hour. Give the penetrating oil some time 4-5 hours. You may trying tapping on the back part of the rim to loosen the rust, but be careful, don't hit it to hard so you don't wreck the rim and break something in the transaxle. If that does't work you may need a puller to get the rim off. Someone else on this forum may have more advice for you. Maybe you could post some pictures of the outside and inside of the rim to get a better idea of what your dealing with.

If you have a way to heat it up you can flip the mower on its side and drip candle wax in the shaft. After you drain the oil and gas.

Or you can flip on its side rap a rope or chain around the wheel and lift the mower up some by the wheel. Put a block of wood on the axle and hit with hammer.

DO NOT hit the back of the rim hard with a hammer. You could break the C clip and the axle will come out of the transmission.
