how to move my dead 3 wheel Ferris

My 60" Procut died and I need to move it, but can't figure out how to muscle it around.
I'm sure there is a switch or lever or something to release the drive wheels, but cannot find it.
 
It has a spring attached to a valve under the mower, just move the spring to the lower position which will turn this valve and you will be good to go.
