How to check hydro transaxle fluid on Craftsman

Hey Guys
Just a quick question I have a 917.27082 19.5 HP Turbo Cool Craftsman from 1997 with a hydro. How do I a) check the fluid in it, b) put more in if needed, and c) what type of fluid do I put in it? Thanks
 
You might not be able to check it due to it being a sealed unit.

Look for a fill plug or reservoir.

What transmission does it have?

If you like to take the time and you are good at mechanical work try taking off the trans and then take ot apart and using a oil pump sick it out and but a good oil or trans fluid :thumbsup:
