Actually once I got home and looked at it again there is a bolt on the end of the panel. I was able to remove it and slide the panel out and unplug it. Fiddle with it a bit to see if it would work, but no. I bought a volt meter last night and i'm going to test it today. I'm hoping it's the PTO as I have one being delivered today.
