As was stated before this thread went way off course in order to help you we need more information: model of your machine, serial number and maybe a picture of it if possible. Please understand that that without this it will be just about impossible to help you. The folks that have replied to you really do know what they are talking about when it comes to mowers.

If you knew me you would know that I’m about as conservative as one can get. This presidents’ action have cost me and my family both personally and financially. Have family in government and military, and have lost members in the Korean, Vietnam and Middle East wars, so I know what it means to respect a person or office. Names I’m called only mean the the callers didn’t listen in school and are acting like bullies to make a point. I’ve been called a lot worse and they can’t even spell Rivets. I hope the OP comes back with his numbers so he can be helped. I doubt he has a serious problem, but we need a starting point.
