Hour meter won't work.

Just bought a Toro Titan 75315 zero turn and ran it for the first time tonight. I was rolling the lawn and when I got done, the hour meter was still on zero. I took the panel off that has the meter on it and looked and there was 1 post on the meter that didn't have a connection on it. Does anyone know if that is normal? Didn't see any wires that would have been connected to it.

Possible yes, may have been overlooked during assembly. Give Dealer a ring in the am as your Toro is under Warranty. Let us know how it goes, thanks Mark

Thanks for your help guys. I called the dealer this morning and he said that the hour meter only works when the deck is turned on. So after work today I tried it, and the hour meter works.
