Honda wheel

Hello,
My name is Tudor and I am a new member.
I have a Honda HRB 425 with worn front wheel cones (which act as bearings).
Can anyone advise me on how to remove and replace the wheels and cones?
Many thanks.
 
Looks like you remove a hub cap that snaps on and under that is a cap screw that holds the wheel on. replaceable ball bearings.
