Just unpacked this brand new machine which I bought in the winter (not the new 2020 version). I cannot fold the handles down unless the rear height adjustment lever is in the lowest position. If I move the lever any higher then it obstructs the left side handle from folding. Is this normal?
 
Anyone please? Just need to know if this folding mechanism is normal. Any replies greatly appreciated.
