Honda HTR 3009 run slow when blades engaged

Hi, can anyone help me with my problem?
When i start it, i can go on 5th speed and the HTR run fast. As soon as i engage the blades, it starts to go slower and slower, even in 5th gear. Making it impossible to use. When i disengage blades, its goes fast again.

Any idea?

check the cutter's drive belt & everything else in the drive circuit
