I’ve replaced the gas with fresh non-ethanol, the spark plug, the thermal wax choke, put a new carburetor on, air filter. I got it to run after a week and let go of the safety bar and it shut off, not starting again. Any ideas?

If it is new take it back to the dealer.
Honda have a cam problem with the new engines and are replacing the cam or mower under warranty
