Honda hrr2163 leaking oil

I have a honda mower that every time I look at the mower deck I find fresh oil and can not find out where it is coming from? Has anyone else experienced this?

Did you check oil level on dipstick? Also did you overtighten oil drain plug & crack oil pan.

Check "o" ring at oil extension tube item 18 for leaking, make sure you have complete & correct model number when locating parts.

Maybe the upper seal under the flywheel.
