Honda hr214sx flywheel question

I've finally got a chance to take some good pics of the part that I need, I've also tried to find the serial number but all I could find what was on the motor, I don't think it's the SN # though, I know I wrote it down somewhere a long time ago, but I hope it didn't run off from the gas , etc. I've seen the diagram you guys have posted but I just want to be sure, thank you guys for all of your help.

Here's 2 (it's the very thin pin on the inside that I lost, of the earlier pics I've posted, the one that looks like a comma shaped dog,lol )

Earlier pic (comma shaped dog) when I get the new part does everything come in one piece with the plastic wheel, or are the separate ? that's what's confusing me, to clarify the little gear with the pin I've lost, sorry if I'm confusing you guys

Well, I see now that I should pay better attention. Although the parts list I previously attached is virtually the same, I thought I would attach the correct one. I'm still not quite sure what part you are after. As you can see from the parts illustration, there is not a thin pin available separately. If it was part of the anchor on the pulley for the recoil spring, then you may need a new pulley. I have not been able to enlarge the pics, but are you maybe referring to the small return spring?

Every part is available separately. You could purchase a completely assembled recoil starter, reference part #1 for the part number. Expect to pay around $80 for the complete starter.

Yeah I know it's a bit confusing, I'm trying to attach the link where you can see exactly, from what I can remember the pin fell off that comma shaped gear and without that the starter rope is not retracting back in in order to start it, I'll have it up in a minute, thanks
