Honda hf1211 not charging.

Hi all.Could anyone please help.I am having the issue on a honda hf1211 ride on mower.The battery is not being recharged whilst running?I've checked output from Alternator running at 30v a/c.I fitted a new voltage regulator which is giving out approximately 15v dc.I am trying to find a drawing for the starter relay as i suspect the spade connections are wrong?Could anyone please help with a photo for starter relay wiring .many thanks.

Note: Regulator relay must activate once the ignition is turned on. If it don't then no charging.
