Want to clean carb on my engine. Removed the air filter, then the two nuts and one bolt that holds the plastic filter mount and carb. Removed the plastic filter mount but the carb still seems tight to the block. I lookewd and could not see any more bolts or nuts. Is the carb just stuck to the block or there more bolts or nuts holding it on??
Just the two studs hold the carb on but the gasket is most likely stuck to both sides.
It will need to be replaced which should be done regardless.
Slip the fuel line off there is not much slack in it.
On some set ups you nee to remove the studs as there will not be enough travel in the throttle control wire to allow the carb to clear the studs.
