Ok, i will look these over and see what i can figure out
You may wish to get a paper shop manual. The one for your GCV160 engine is very detailed (176 pages) and has drawings of every single nut, bolt, and gasket for the engine. The Honda Part number 61ZM000E3 and you can buy it two ways:
(1) Direct from Honda via their eBay store; price is $34.96 and includes free shipping. Here's the link:

(2) Buy from Honda's distribution supplier Helm, Inc.; same price, but you pay shipping: Link:

Finally, a parts catalog would also be good to have; paper copies must be purchased from a Honda Dealer; we have two that specialize in this. When you call, have the serial number from the side of the block to make sure you get the complete, correct parts catalog.

If you prefer, a dealer has parts catalogs online; here's the direct link to the parts listings for your serial-number-range engine:

For the mower itself, you'd need to contact Troy-Bilt.
Good Luck!
Caveat: I work for Honda, but the preceding was my opinion alone.
