Honda GCV 200 rough idle

Hi, I have a Honda HRX537 mower with a GCVx200 engine. it idles very rough and will stall if I reduce the throttle.
Also this mower has a lot less grunt to it compared with my previous one that has a GCV engine I think. how do I

adjust the carb to have more power as the drive is very slow on top speed also compared to the old one.

To me it sounds like a lean running condition. I would be removing and giving the carb a good cleaning. Carefully watch the directions the gaskets come of to insure they are remounted correctly.
