What would cause this? New plug and I cleaned the carb. Timing belt jumped a tooth maybe? Here is a video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6nX53YV7v-M

Very rare for the belt to jump a tooth.
Very common for the rockers to be out of adjustment.
Hondas are built to a lot higher precision than Briggs or any of the Chinese clones .
When the valve lash gets a little bit out they run bad.

What do you recommend I do? Adjust the valves?

Start with checking them
Note the specs are normally in mm.

I will also say, those style rocker arms (GC160, GCV160) the exhaust one is prone to cracking, just a hairline split, and the arm will give and not fully depress the valve.

The valves were off quite a bit. It took a couple turns on each to get them to spec. It is still blowing and popping out of the intake though. I removed and cleaned the rocker arms and they both looked fine.

Any other ideas?

I figured it out. It has a broken cam and the cam is worn down really bad. $15 part on it's way.

Thanks!
