Honda camshaft fix is coming

I just got the letter in the mail... a local dealer was still selling the units after the stop sale, I bought one, took it home, it had the problem, and had them fix it under warranty - that was back in june or so. the section of the notice with the serial numbers of the engines, I'm guessing that's for pressure washers and generators. Serial number of the mower is definitely in the range of potentially affected units.

since it wasn't fixed under a recall, they didn't make the little punch mark next to the serial on the engine.
