My honda536 when I start mower the blades are spinning before I engage yellow button.any ideas what this could be.

Honda 536 hydrostatic

When I start my honda536 the blades are spinning before I engage the yellow button and pull back bar mower cuts lovely the speed control works fine but every time I need to empty box I have to stop mower as blades running at all times.any ideas?
