I have a Honda 1011 rear-engine riding mower. It is not cutting evenly. Anyone know how to level it, or could this be a blade issue? Have owned the mower since new and have had this problem in the past. Had the professionals handle it but the problem comes back.
Thanks

Firstly look underneath.
This mower has only 1 blade so a bent blade will not cause an uneven cut but might make swirls in your grass if you are mowing quickly.
On the let side there is a sliding plate which moves back & foreword which moves that side up & down.
So you turn the blade till it is directly across the mower, maesuer the heigh at the rich side then adjust the left to match ..
This might cause a light sifference to the right so you might need to do it to or three times.
Once done you then turn the blade front back & adjust the front about 1/2 lower than the back.
There is a small platte with an arched slot and two bolts, loosen both just enough to rotate the plate.

Before you start adjust the tyre pressures.

The owner's manual (free digital copy) has a full procedure for leveling the deck L-R and F-R:
