Homelite Zip Start won’t Start

Homelite Zip Start leaf blower, can’t find model number but was leaking fuel and seemed not to run with less than a full tank. Replaced fuel lines and tank. Has spark, but seems to not get fuel. Pour a little fuel in carburetor starts right up. Primer bulb is slow to pop back. What’s up? Needle valve? Primer bulb?

Clean, install a new repair kit, and tune the carburetor.

Well without the make and model of the carburetor can't help any at all. If it is a Ruixing there is no kits per say for them just replacement carburetors. Walbro and Zama are a different story.

How can I identify what carburetor it is?
