My first post: I bought a new Husqvarna rz2346 last spring. Thinking it would stripe? But it didn't ! So every sense I've been trying to build a striper that works!

Lol I've tried rubber flap,broom,PVC,chains,and my last I just finished after my grass turns brown is a roller! I think it might do pretty good? The best so far was the chains... Thanks for the thread

How high is your deck, most mowers need to be at least 3 1/2"s or higher to get a nice defined stripe

Its on the highest setting I think it measured 3 1/2

Check out the toro or honda stripe kit they're rollers and will fit about any push mower i don't use them but a lot of guys on here say they have good results

Not too bad considering the grass is going dormant. I see you were still able to pull off a diamond pattern. Personally I stick with just mowing two directions. If you mow you're yard a different way every time it just makes the yard look too busy. Just my opinion.

Thanks for the feed back. I'm new at the striping game:) I've just been try to see if I could duplicate the differant patterns that I have seen?
