HELP ZFORCE 48 Deck belt

Idler pulley on the deck belt tensioner went out. Bought a replacement and put it on now the pulley kicks all the way against the center drive pulley. Manuel says that tension needs to be set on the pulley but doesn't explain how.......Can anyone assist

Post the model number of the mower chassis, not the engine, and I or someone else will look at the IPL to try to figure it out. You could also google your model number yourself and find the IPL of the deck to see what it should look like.

Here's a handy hint I use all the time when I work on something I'm not familiar with: take digital pictures from all angles so you have something to reference when you need to see what it should look like.

The correct information you need will depend on the mower and deck you have. What Z Force do you Have?
