I have a snapper zero turn 61 inch cut with a 25 hp kohler engine. Anyone ever removed the electric clutch before? What is the best way to stop the crank shaft from turning when trying to loosen the bolt holding the clutch? I need to remove the clutch to replace the drive pulley above the clutch that drives the hydraulics.
If your impact doesn't have enough snap, try using a breaker bar with a socket. Hit the bar with a heavy hammer with a quick blow and it should pop loose. Once it pops, you should be able to turn it by hand. gregjo1948
