Help me out guys

I own a cub cadet tank m54 with 25hp Kawasaki last night I took the carb off to clean and got everything back together and it seems something is out of wack with the governor. Throttle linkage works fine while engine off but as soon as engine is on it will kick back to idle position and stay there no matter if I work the throttle or not. Need help thanks guys.

First, DO NOT POST in multiple forums. Will get very confusing for everyone. Second, post engine numbers and I might be able to find a Kaw service manual for you.

Did NOT know your complete engine model # ( FH721V- ????? ) but here is 1 site to check if you need engine parts , there are
