have a 2042 xl gravley wont start

Went to get ready for summer and turned the key to see if it would rool over and it did so i filled the tank tried again would not start the the hour meter went out now i still cant start it Charged the battery still wont start battery holding 10.45 charge taped the solenoid and relays still wont start any help would be appreciated:smile:

Your battery needs to be holding 12.6V. So...if you charged it fully, you need a new battery. Try jumping it with a charger starter to see if you have other problems.
