H4518 transmission question

Hi, i have a h4518 with the hydrostatic transmission. I have heard that they are not too strong, and I shouldn't tow anything with it. Is that true? I'd like to put a little rottotiller on the back, and maybe pull a small lawnmower trailer sometimes. Would this kill the tranny? Thanks for your help

You may be okay with the small lawn trailer.... but your mower is a Lawn Tractor, for rototilling you need a Garden Tractor, I do not think a tiller was available for your model.

I would not stress it too much, leave the tilling to a heavier built Tractor... :smile:KennyV
