GX25 running/start issues

Hi ive got two Honda GX25 4 stroke engines that have the same symptoms, wont start very well and when they do cut out after 2 mins.they will run on the choke but as soon as I move it to half choke it dies off.
Ive replaced the carb on one of them but no different, no adjusters anywhere but the idle screw

any help appreciated

Try the in-tank filter on the fuel pickup. At about three hours my FG110 started exhibiting similar symptoms and I found a piece of metal inside the fuel filter plugging it. It appeared to be slag from the manufacture of the filter itself.

I replaced both the carb and the plug on one-the strimmer- and it works fine now.however the tiller is having none of it.
