Hello,

On a HR17 mower with a GV100 engine, there is a black vacuum line that runs from the air cleaner housing to a flat plate on the crankcase. Does this line connect to a nipple on the crankcase or just rout through the plate attached to the crankcase?

1) it is the crank case breather , not a vacuum line
2) yes just pushes through the hole.
Bad news is not a standard size so your are going to have to buy the genuine $25.00 lump of 50｢ hose.
