Question is, do you have the "courage" to work on it?

Be careful it is a werewolf engine...

I beginning to think it take courage to own a Kawasaki FX00V engine. Less than 500 hrs done blew #1 cylinder head gasket. Choke vane done wore a groove in the carburetor cause the choke shaft to hang and get bent. And now #2 exhaust valve sticking causing the push rod to dislodge at start ups. Customer owes a Fx850 with 4000 hrs and the only thing I done so far other routine mainaitance was to replace the oil pump at 3500 hrs.

I have a stihl BR550 blower in the shop for bad crank seals and leaking crankcase pan. Should be easy enough but somebody before me has stripped out a bunch of screws and cross threaded the air filter cover screws. Might need another bottle of courage for this one. LOL
