Due to vibration that got just too much to handle, I removed the head to find that the center hole was not center! I don't think this is normal, but find it hard to believe it could have moved off center. Anyone have any experience with this probem, and are the new parts centered in the head? Thanks. See pics

If the hole is not centered then the head will wobble causing an out of balance condition.

Considering the amount of wear on the head just replace it. And hope you haven't the bearing(s) in the gear head.
