Grass Ckippings Poll

Our city has an ordnance against blowing grass into the street or curb and gutter, interesting enough they just sent a copy of the ordinance with last months water/sewer bill. (someone must have not been following the rules) I have been told that too much grass clippings in the storm sewer is not a good thing.
