I had an issue with surging that I fixed due to a clogged jet. I put everything back together and it works great.
However, now my throttle speed, when set to slow, will not lower RPMs. Moving from fast to slow maybe takes it down 100 or 200 RPM but it still sounds like the fast speed. What do I need to adjust to get the slow throttle setting to the proper RPMs?
Provide a video of the mover running, up close picture if the throttle and governor area. I need the exact Honda model number. In the video demonstrate the low and fast idle conditions. Get yourself a cheap RPM meter. There are too many variables at play here in this situation. Just typing about this situation will never lead to a solution.
