Better look at the fuel supply side , hoes etc. drop fuel supply into a fresh container of fuel and see what happens

Might have a bad throttle position sensor but first check the fuel rail pressure. This will tell if you getting fuel and at a good pressure as injectors require high pressure to work correctly.

Don't have the service manual here so I don't have what the pressure should be. But probably going to be 20+ psi.

Did it ever start? Not getting fuel now. Check tank and fuel line for debris or restrictions, check fuel pump, clean carburetor.

The problem may be with the carburetor or fuel injector. These parts may be blocked by carbon deposits or impurities in the fuel and need to be cleaned or replaced. Also, check the battery and starter motor to make sure the battery has enough power and the starter motor is working properly.

The 825i has the fuel pump in the gas tank under the seat. It should put out 45psi at the regularor. Disconnect the fuel line from the engine and turn key on and try to start you should have 45psi fuel pressure. If not then fuel pump problem. If you have good pressure then computer/injector or engine problem. You say you changed the fuel pump. Did you check its operation after changing?
