I have a Huskee SLT 4600. I was out mowing today and the gas pedal gave way. Can someone give me a heads up on what to look for and how to fix? Thanks!

Post the model number so we'll all know exactly which mower you have.

More than likely a broken drive belt. Remove the deck and take a look under.

get your parts book and check where all the springs should be then check under the machine that they are there if the belt is still there & in the proper places

My apologies. It took me a while to find this page today.
Model number is 13AX605H730. Belt doesn't seem to have broken as far as I can see. I''m also wondering if a pin or something broke also? Something that would have disconnected the pedal from the belt.

All I can do is pull up a diagram online. Mower was given to me and I don't have a manual.

Thank-you. After looking at it the best I could last night,I'm thinking that may be the problem.

What seems to be the problem? No belt? Broken spring?
